Serif – old style – least dif. In thick and thing, crossbar on e not straight, transitional - e is straight and some difference between thick and thin
Modern – very big dif. Between thick and thing
Slab serif – ex. Rockwell
Pi font – webding, picture fonts….
ITC faces- have a bigger x height in ratio to the cap height
Scrip faces – handwriting,
Display faces –
